Justice Abdullahi Muhammad Liman Batuta has hosted members of the Executive Council from the four wards of Lafia for discussions centred on the future of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Nasarawa State.
The meeting provided an opportunity for party stakeholders to deliberate on issues concerning party unity, cooperation and active participation ahead of forthcoming political activities.
According to a statement on the meeting, discussions also focused on the importance of supporting President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and APC candidates in Nasarawa State.
Participants further stressed the need for party members and other citizens to exercise their civic responsibilities by turning out to vote during elections and making their choices among the candidates on the ballot.
The gathering, which brought together APC stakeholders from the four wards of Lafia, was described as an engagement focused on dialogue, unity, responsibility and commitment to democratic participation.
The meeting underscored the importance of cooperation among party members as the APC continues its political activities in Nasarawa State and across Nigeria.
