Wadada Join Governor Sule In Commissioning Key Projects in Akwanga.

Senator Ahmed Wadada Aliyu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Nasarawa State, has joined Governor Abdullahi A. Sule and other key stakeholders at the commissioning of several projects executed by the Chairman of Akwanga Local Government Council and Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) in the state, Hon. Safiyanu Isa Andaha.

The projects commissioned include the newly constructed Akwanga Local Government Chairman’s Office, Legislative Chamber, Akwanga Education Authority offices, and residential facilities for personnel of the Nigerian Army and Operation Whirl Stroke.

The projects are aimed at strengthening local government administration, improving the working environment for public officials, enhancing educational administration, and supporting security operations in the area.

Speaking on the significance of the projects, Senator Wadada commended the Akwanga Local Government Council chairman for its commitment to grassroots development and the provision of essential public infrastructure.

He emphasized the importance of sustained collaboration among the federal, state, and local governments in addressing the needs of citizens and promoting inclusive development across Nasarawa State.

The senator noted that investments in public infrastructure, institutional capacity, and security remain critical to achieving sustainable development and improving the welfare of the people.

He further reaffirmed the need for continued cooperation among government officials, traditional institutions, community leaders, and other stakeholders to consolidate development efforts and ensure that the benefits of governance reach communities at the grassroots.

The commissioning of the projects marks another step in efforts to improve administrative efficiency, strengthen public institutions, and support security agencies in the discharge of their responsibilities.

Stakeholders at the event reiterated the importance of prioritizing people-oriented projects and maintaining effective partnerships among the different levels of government to accelerate development across Nasarawa State.
